The Piombino – Portoferraio route is serviced by several companies: Toremar, Moby Lines, Blu Navy, Elba Ferries,
which in the summer season allow the crossing practically every half hour. The route takes from 30 minutes to one hour.
Our Residences have entered into an agreement with Blu Navy and the agency TraghettiLines that offer discounted tickets for our customers.
FROM THE NORTH: Use Motorway A12, Genova-Livorno, exit at Rosignano. Continue on State Route 1 “Aurelia” until Venturina-Isola d’Elba and from there continue to Piombino Marittima.
FROM THE NORTH-EAST: Use Motorway A1 Bologna-Florence-Pisa-Livorno, exit at Rosignano. Continue on State Route 1 “Aurelia” until Venturina-Isola d’Elba and from there continue to Piombino Marittima.
Alternatively, take the State Route SS (Expressway). G.C. Florence-Pisa-Livorno; exit at Firenze Signa and follow the State Route as far as Collesalvetti; return on the motorway as far as Rosignano Marittima, then take the highway as far as Venturina, then Piombino Marittima.
FROM THE SOUTH: Use Motorway A12 Rome-Grosseto, then State Route 1 “Aurelia” until Venturina-Isola d’Elba and from there continue to Piombino Marittima.
Elba can be reached by embarking in Piombino, where several shipping companies (Toremar, Moby Lines, Blu Navy, Elba Ferries) have comfortable ferries that during the
summer period make numerous trips per day. With less than an hour of navigation you can cross the 10 kilometers that separate the island from the mainland, reaching
the ports of Portoferraio, Cavo and Rio Marina. Capoliveri can be reached by car from Portoferraio in just over 15 minutes. Once off the ferry, follow the signs
“Tutte le Direzioni” (All directions) then “Porto Azzurro” and “Capoliveri”. Turn right at the sign for Capoliveri (well signposted). Once in Capoliveri follow the
signs for “Morcone” and “Pareti”.

In Marina di Campo, there is also an airport open to international tourist traffic for aircrafts, which can take off within the limits of 1185
meters of available runway (concrete runway). Some third-tier companies connect Elba with Pisa, Milan, Munich, Alterhein, Bern and Zurich.

Elba cabn be reached by train by getting off at Piombino Marittima station, opposite to the port. From both the Genoa – Rome and Reggio Calabria – Florence
national lines you can reach the Campiglia Marittima train station, then you have to follow the branch to the port of Piombino (14 km).
